I can’t even explain how many times we ate this in our childhood. And I don’t even want to admit how many times I have made it as an adult as well. Beef Stew is what we called it. And boy is is it hard to take a picture that plays respect to the taste. I wish you all had smell-a-vision.

But for around $25, I have fed my family four times with this. Once last night, three for freezer.

Ready for the best part? I just chucked it all in the belly of Salvador Slow Cooker and left it for 8 hours.

I know future me is going to love myself sick when I am stressed and tired later on; then remember that have this giant serving of ‘childhood memories’ to take out and heat up.
